AnnouncementInterface added for teaching evaluation data upload - 8/11/09
Someone who has been set up to upload images into the
production directories for evaluation images by the unix team, with
permission from Our Unit support, will find a new link on the Maintain
courses page to allow upload of teaching evaluation data in the required
format.
Upload PDFs at purchase or reimbursement
request time - 7/8/09
If you make an online supply, or entertainment, travel,
or supply reimbursement request, you may now upload a PDF related to your
request. See directions on the request
page or in the User Guide.
You may also Save a partly completed request. Later, you may use a new link
on the Purchasing page locate your saved requests to complete and Queue for
Review.
For staff, you may now Save requests at more stages without pushing the request to the next processing stage. Help for applicants making PDFs - 6/29/09
The applicant self-registration page now has links to
several sites offering free methods for creating PDFs to upload for an
application, and a link for emailing material to a search administrator.
These changes attempt to help reduce potential scanning of applicant
material by administrators.
BFS vendor ID added for requests - 6/22/09
Staff processing supply requests or reimbursement
requests will now see a field for the BFS vendor ID at receive time.
Sabbatical leave tracking - 6/17/09
If a department HR staff enters the data, faculty
members of that department may view sabbatical leave and teaching relief
information on the Our Unit page, using links near the committee service
link. HR staff may update this information via new links on the People page,
with guidance from a User Guide.
